The “Fribis” platform is not currently operating. For now we only collect the email addresses of people who want to be notified when the service starts. This policy explains how that data is processed.
Data controller and contact
The data controller is the operator of the “Fribis” platform. For any question about the processing of personal data, you can contact us by email: [email protected].
1. Data processed and its purpose
When you register for the waiting list, we process the following data about you:
- your email address, to inform you when “Fribis” starts operating;
- the website language you chose (Lithuanian or English);
- the time you gave your consent.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Your email address is not used for marketing and is not passed to third parties for advertising purposes.
2. Retention period
Your email address is kept until the notice about the start of operations has been sent, but no longer than 12 months from the day you registered, or until you withdraw your consent. After that the data is deleted.
3. Cookies
The website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. If you choose the light or dark interface theme, that choice is stored only in your browser and is not sent anywhere.
4. Your rights
You have the right to access the data we process about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing, or to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us by email at [email protected]. We will respond within 1 month.
5. Age restriction
The service is intended for persons aged 18 and over. If it turns out that a minor has registered, we delete their data immediately.
6. Changes
This policy may be updated once the platform starts operating. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the document.
